O HammerFall provavelmente seja uma das poucas unanimidades em seu gênero que consegue explorar diferentes fases e ainda sim agradar vários fãs, aliás, mesmo em fases experimentais como em "Infected" (2011) souberam unir alguns elementos para que novos fãs surgissem.
Voltando um pouco no tempo, especificamente em 2002, a banda estava em um auge criativo que poucos conseguiriam atingir com tamanha destreza, afinal, Oscar Dronjak (guitarra), Joacim Cans (vocal), Fredrik Larsson (baixo), Pontus Norgen (guitarra) e David Wallin (bateria) formam uma coesão muito boa e que perdura em suas canções mais viscerais como uma característica única dessas junções de ideias e técnica de ambos.
É bem evidente para os fãs que o HammerFall tem uma essência muito significativa dentro do Metal Melodico, ainda mais se pensarmos que o hoje chamado Power Metal bebe da fonte dos suecos há anos, e Crimson Thunder não foge a regra, nesta edição de 20 anos é somente a prova de que tudo o que esses caras fazem tem seu brilho.
É possível fazer com que a sua discografia tenha relevância após tantos álbuns bons nos anos 90?sim!
Você já deve ter ouvido falar em "Hearts On Fire", certo?pois então, você está diante do single mais famoso da banda até então... isso só mostra ainda mais a qualidade e projeção deste álbum tão rico em detalhes.
Contando com 3 CDs, sendo o primeiro o álbum remasterizado com 7 faixas adicionais e o segundo e o terceiro com versões ao vivo e mais bônus, possuem versões bem interessantes e que todo fã deseja.
No geral, um álbum tão legal que certamente você que ainda não teve oportunidade de ouvi-lo vai curtir, e claro, se você é fã, precisa ter essa edição em sua coleção (eu tenho os outros box que a shinigami lançou, e vou correr para ter essa também hehe)
