Recentemente o meu grande irmão Kostas Salomidis me apresentou um projeto muito rico em detalhes e melodias, sendo cativante por seus temas épicos e por vezes acessíveis, tudo muito bem conduzido pelo músico grego Nikos Tzouannis, um talentoso tecladista que gentilmente nos cedeu uma entrevista e você pode conferir logo abaixo:

1. A situação no mundo tem se complicado nos últimos dois anos e isso causou mudanças drásticas... você adaptou muitas coisas para se manter frequente na música?
Nikos Tzouannis: Bem, todos nós tivemos que ajustar nossa rotina diária de acordo com a nova realidade. Mas a música não pode estar em uma gaiola. Você pode sentir isso em todos os lugares, não há fronteiras. Especialmente com a internet, encontramos a maneira de trabalhar corretamente e estar em contato.
Foi um ajuste necessário, mas muito fácil.
2. "War on Earth" é um álbum de muita qualidade e com uma produção incrível. Demorou muito para chegar a essa qualidade?
Nikos: Para ser honesto, levei muito tempo para perceber que posso fazer isso. Desde os meus 20 anos parei de tocar música e de repente durante a quarentena, vinte anos desde a última vez, tive uma forte vontade de criar.
A partir do momento em que o brilho voltou a estar vivo, então tudo seguiu seu caminho.
A produção foi um trabalho incrível de Ektoras Tsolakis, o cara que conseguiu realizar meus sonhos e entender minha visão musical. Em alguns meses, o álbum estava pronto com esse mágico trabalhando dia e noite para trazer o melhor resultado.
3. Os músicos desse álbum são ótimos... você já se envolveu com esses nomes? Achei todas ótimas escolhas!
Nikos: Eu estava envolvido apenas com Dee do Illusory, que é um bom amigo. Eu queria uma voz nova como personagem principal e é por isso que escolhi Tasos Lazaris. Ele é de longe o cantor grego mais talentoso da nova geração. Em seguida, Nicolau Leptos.
Sou um grande fã do Arrayan Path e é uma honra ter tido a oportunidade de realizar um sonho. Também adoro Labyrinth e Roberto Tiranti e fiquei muito feliz quando ele concordou em cantar no álbum. Sua ajuda é valiosa.
Daniel Heiman... o que posso dizer para este cantor incrível? Ainda estou vivendo um sonho quando ouço a parte dele no álbum. Também os outros caras que são muito talentosos como Julian, Felipe e claro, nossa rainha Katie.
Tenho que fazer um comentário especial sobre nosso guitarrista, Grigoris Giarelis. Sem seu talento e sua ajuda, o álbum seria apenas uma ideia. E, claro, Ektoras pelo ótimo trabalho no baixo e na bateria!
4. O álbum está disponível em digipack e este é um item muito legal, pois muitos ainda amam o lado físico. Está disponível apenas para a Grécia? Você está obtendo vendas satisfatórias?
Nikos: Qualquer pessoa de qualquer parte do mundo pode comprar nosso álbum através da nossa página do Bandcamp.
Até agora as vendas e as reações estão além dos meus sonhos mais loucos! Eu nunca poderia imaginar essa enorme onda de amor e apoio!
5. Quais são os principais conceitos deste álbum? Você quis abordar temas específicos? Vejo que há um cuidado enorme nessas faixas e ambas são incríveis!
Nikos: Embora o álbum seja um conceito com uma história de ficção científica em um lugar distópico, o significado é totalmente alegórico e uma forte mensagem anti-guerra, uma mensagem contra a xenofobia ou a diferença.
6. Sou do Brasil e muita gente aqui ama este tipo de metal... você conhece alguma de nossas bandas?
Nikos: Algumas das minhas bandas favoritas são do Brasil. Eu adoro Angra e os primeiros Viper, Dark Avenger, Edu Falaschi, Arwen. Eu não falo do Sepultura, porque todo mundo adora!
7. Por fim, gostaria de saber se vocês planejam lançar algo novo, como vídeos promocionais de singles...
Nikos: Em breve lançaremos um novo single e talvez um videoclipe, embora nosso orçamento seja bastante restrito para fazer coisas malucas.
8. Muito obrigado pela atenção... Espero que em breve possamos falar novamente sobre mais álbuns...

Recently my brother Kostas Salomidis He recommended me a job with many incredible details and unique melodies, being captivating for its epic and sometimes accessible themes, all very well conducted by the Greek musician Nikos Tzouannis, a talented keyboardist who kindly gave us an interview and you you can check it out below:
1. The situation in the world has been complicated in the last two years and this has caused drastic changes... have you adapted a lot of things to keep it frequent in music?
Nikos Tzouannis: Well, we all had to adjust our daily routine according to the new reality. But music can't be in a cage. You can feel it everywhere, there are no borders. Especially with internet, we found the way to work properly and be in touch. It was a necessary, but pretty easy adjustment.
2. "War on Earth" it is a high quality album and delivers an incredible production. Did it take you a long time to get to that quality?
Nikos: To be honest, it took a long time to realize I can do it. Since my 20's I quit on playing music and suddenly during the quarantine, twenty years since the last time, I had the strong desire to create. From the moment the sparkle was alive, then everything followed their way.
The production was an amazing work from Ektoras Tsolakis, the guy who managed to fulfill my dreams and understand my music vision. In a couple of months, the album was ready with this magician working day and night in order to bring the best result.
3. The musicians on this album are great... were you already involved with these names? I think they were all great choices!
Nikos: I was involved only with Dee from Illusory, whom is a good friend. I wanted a fresh voice as the main character and that is why I choose Tasos Lazaris. He is by far the most talented Greek singer from the new generation. Then Nicholas Leptos. I am a huge fan of Arrayan Path and it's an honor that I had the opportunity to fulfill a dream.
Also I adore Labyrinth and Roberto Tiranti and I was so glad when he agreed to sing on the album. His help is valuable. Daniel Heiman. What can I say for this amazing singer? I am still living a dream when I listen to his part on the album.
Also the other guys are very talented, like Julian, Felipe and of course our queen Katie.
I have to make a special comment about our guitarist, Grigoris Giarelis. Without his talent and his help, the album would only be an idea. And of course Ektoras for the great job on bass and drums!
4. The album is available in digipack and this is a really cool item as many still love the physical side. Is it only available for Greece?Are you getting satisfactory sales?
Nikos: Anyone from any part of the world can buy our album via our Bandcamp page. Till now the sales and the reactions are beyond my craziest dreams!
I could never imagine this huge wave of love and support!
5. What are the main concepts of this album? Did you want to address specific themes? I see that there is a huge care in these tracks and both are amazing!
Nikos: Although the album is a concept with a sci Fi story in a dystopian place, the meaning is totally allegorical and a strong anti war message, a message against xenophobia or difference.
6. I'm from Brazil and a lot of people here love the kind of metal... do you know any of our bands?At some point do you think about coming to South America?
Nikos: Some of my favorite bands are from Brazil.
I just adore Angra and early Viper, Dark Avenger, Edu Falaschi, Arwen. I don't mention Sepultura, cause everybody loves them!
7. Finally, I want to know if you are planning to release something new, such as promotional videos for singles...
Nikos: Soon we will release a new single and maybe a video clip, although our budget is pretty restricted in order to do crazy stuff.
